MORE ADVENTUROUS THAN DR LIVINGSTONE, WE PRESUME

Exploring  the  Northern Territory and  isolated parts of  Timor  Leste , Darwin  agronomist Robert Wesley-Smith   has  made many interesting  finds . Here he is shown standing  in an old  Aboriginal  fishtrap   in  the  Darwin  suburb of  Nightcliff , similar  to  one  he  spotted  in  Timor  Leste  some  15 years ago . Not  so very long ago  he found an old survey peg at  an historic  site in the NT . His  wanderings   have  resulted  in  many  unusual  photographs , some of which have appeared in this blog . More to come .
