While Qantas continues to  slash staff  and reduce  flights  to  NZ , Air NZ  has taken delivery of  its  first  new  Dreamliner  and  nine more are on order.   Air NZ  is  offering  a  variety of  cheap  flights to Australia – Brisbane  return , with  cabin  bag , $149 each way.  Direct  flights  to  Perth  start  on  October 15. The  Dreamliner  provides  a  saving of 20% on fuel and  can  take 20 tons more cargo
