COOL CAT WATERFRONT JOYRIDERS

 Seemingly more vigilant than a wartime coastwatcher, our  Shipping  Reporter  made another unusual  observation  when  the Sealink catamaran  Coolgaree Cat  approached  the  entrance to  Magnetic  Island  - swallows  flew  out  to  greet  the  vessel and some  landed  on  the  side  and  stern  for  the   ride   to  the   terminal  landing  pontoon.  

Fly in  passenger  on  the  stern.

 

Seagulls also   become  active  when  a  ferry   arrives , possibly  because  they  think that  if  they  pose for a   a tourist  they  might  get  fed.
