ADELAIDE FLASHBACK

 From  Wesley-Smith  Collection

Hidden  beneath  this  throng of  fun  loving  Adelaide  University  students  taking  part  in  the 1961  Prosh  Day  parade  was  Robert   Wesley-Smith's  desirable  1930  Fiat . You  get  a  better  idea  of  what  the  car  looked  like  in  the  following view  with  his mother ,Sheila , standing alongside , and  dog , Chips .
When this photo was taken  Wes was  away in  Armidale , New South Wales , at  the  University of  New England , training  to  become a  rural scientist . .While  there  he  bought  a  Dodge and  did  it  up .
