BREAKING NEWS FROM SARAWAK

Two of  our roaming  correspondents  to whom  we sent  a  wrap  of  news  from  North Australia  responded  thus : Thanks for all the news from the centre of the universe.  We don't get much  of   that  in The Borneo Post.  The pace of  change is  just too fast.  Yesterday the lead story on  the front page breathlessly announced: " The Second-hand Dealers Act 1946 is now fully enforced here".
