FROM COLOMBIA AND RUSSIA WITH LOVE

Over  inflated  dispatch  from   Western   Australia

Our wandering  Darwin  correspondent , agronomist  Robert  Wesley-Smith  , who experienced  tyre trouble during his recent trip from the Northern Territory   to  W.A. in his poor little  Honda Jazz , pictured below, sent this blog   another  email  when  he  made  a   pit stop  in  Derby .

While there , he showed  a Colombian waitress  on  his computer  the  post   this blog  ran   about his  misadventures on  the  trip, which included  a badly  leaking tyre , getting  bogged , being towed out . Apparently   she  giggled  at  the   account , and  said she would   become a  regular follower of   strange   Little  Darwin.

She is not alone in  being attracted to this blog as in the  last week 444 Russians  took  a  peek at  Little Darwin, slightly more than  the number of American  viewers , who  regularly  top  the  list .

In his latest email, Wes  goes on at length  about  his leak  and  his "invention " to   overcome   such  problems .

Surprisingly, he revealed he intends driving on  to his  home state, South Australia , if  his  tyres   can  stand  the strain . Broome the next stop .
