Shades of Mr Whippy
The strange sound of Greensleeves being played on the streets of Magnetic Island brought people running out . It sounded like Mr Whippy of yesteryear. It was , however , Frosty Boy.
What the hell are you doing on the island ? we asked the Cool Kid. More importantly , are you going to be a permanent fixture on the island ? It turns out Frosty Boy is based in Cairns , is holidaying on Magnetic, so it was decided to give the islanders an unexpected treat .
A nextdoor neighbour rushed out and was soon licking a chocolate coated icecream, saying it was just like the ones he had 15 years ago. People came out of their houses , smiled and gazed longingly at the van.
