No,  this  is not  a  photograph  of  Australian  of  the Year,  Ita  Buttrose , when  she  was   young  girl.   It  is  a  rerun of  one  of  the  valued snaps  in  Little  Darwin's  Ephemera  Collection showing a  girl circa  1930s  dressed  as  Australia .  Ita's  Australia  Day  speech  was  a   ripper .
