QUEEN'S JEWELS ON DISPLAY

 The   Queen of the Jungle's   estate  is  full of surprises .  Right now  orchids  are  the subject of  attention . A Vanilla  Orchid  ,  below , flowered    after some years , and   this  blog  received  another  royal  command to  come  quickly with a  camera.  It was obviously emitting a  heady  fragrance  as   green ants   were   running  about  the  vine. 

The   following  hanging    display  caused   perusual  of  the  Queen's  orchid   books .
