EXCLUSIVE BY ACE REPORTER ARGUS TUFT
After using comely Lora Norder throughout its pages during the Queensland election campaign, the Townsville Bulletin has given her the flick and gone back to chasing eye candy backpacker girls , but more mature ones , on The Strand for P3 weather reports.
Pictured below, picking mangoes on The Strand ,are typical new P3 girl types to be run in the paper which has been shaken by its obvious lack of influence on the outcome of the election in the three Townsville seats and elsewhere in the north .
Filling the pages with curvaceous Lora Norder pics, The Bulletin felt certain it would show that it is another delusionary kingmaker outfit like the Marlboro Men in the Sunshine State . However , running two page spreads on crime with the photo of a laughing female reporter in the layout gave the impression the paper was not serious or had lost the plot Mixed with the alluring close ups of Lora Norder were page after page of the Clive Palmer Party advertisements warning of the dreaded ALP Death Tax monster who appears to be an Irish boyo ,due to his green neckerchief.
As these Death Tax advertisements were regularly run on pages two and three , the hordes of potential P3 weather girls on The Strand felt unwanted and through social media said don't come to Townsville , causing a slump in tourism .
