Townsville by cognac inspired Shipping Reporter
After taking the above happy snaps ,our still thirsty , highly imaginative and brave waterfront roundsman recoiled in horror when he came upon the following grisly scene in the usually grotty bus shelter near the Victory in the Pacific fountain ,which could have been the result of a Drop Bear attack on two unsuspecting tourists in Flinders Street .
The objects at the left of the disturbing site appeared to be two blood stained face masks , a black cap nearby . Some old socks were also seen on the ground . Unlike a previous occasion , thankfully, there was not a pair of crumpled underpants on display . A house trained gorilla with blood curdling dashcam footage is said to be helping police in the investigation .
