Symbolising the Australian electorate's apparent intent to swallow the Coalition's true blue poisonous election bait , this large sucker fish painfully gasped out its life on a closed down Queensland jetty. Normally , the fish is attached to a benign shark , but the voracious carpetbaggers and contestability opportunists rushing in for the political and economic killing reduced the poor white pointer to fish fingers. Adrift in a sea of predators , the sucker/voter became befuddled and blindly sucked the Coalition's #100 suicide hook , with dire consequences .
