The distinctive loud whooping call of the Coucal is being heard ,especially from this one which regularly takes up a position atop a high tree and declares the area his domain . On the ground , foraging , a Coucal , also known as Swamp Cuckoo , is spotted now and again , scurrying for cover as you approach .
