On  the  prowl

In a shock theatrical  development, Prime Minister Abbott (right)  has been called  back  from  his  holiday  selling  seashells (barnacles ) by the seashore  to take part  in  Campbell Newman’s struggling election campaign .

 

 Instead of  parading  about  in  a   suit  and  blue  tie , Muscle Man  Abbott  is  dressed  in a ruthless Pharoah's outfit ,which includes a perished   budgie smuggler,     designed  by  a  Sydney  shockjock  who once set a world record  for seeing  how  many  people  you  can   jam  into  a  Volkswagen at night.

 

Currently  The  Lion King musical is attracting  large crowds in Brisbane  and  is the talk of the  town .  Three of this  blog's   theatre fans   attended a  performance , visited  other cultural centres , went for a ride on the Southbank ferris wheel  and  enjoyed several  Hare Krishna meals.    Premier Campbell Newman  has  been kissing kiddies and  pork-barreling in his seat of  Ashgrove  and  yesterday  announced  a  lion park  will  be  built  in  the  electorate ,  the  animals   fed  daily  on  unionists .
