A Darwin resident in Canada exploring the country in which his mother was born has had an early memorable experience . Flying into the Vancouver airport , he hailed a taxi driven by a friendly Indian , who asked him where he was from.
When he replied Darwin , in the Northern Territory of Australia, the driver responded by saying he has a brother living there . Surprise, surprise .
On arriving at the drop off point, the driver took out his phone , called the brother in the Darwin suburb of Nightcliff , informed him of the coincidence.
