While a fake bird of prey wildly flaps about expensive yachts in the large Breakwater Marina in a bid to prevent birds from messing on them , the amount of dumped items nearby - shopping trolleys , traffic signs , pieces of metal - continues to mount .
Near the up for sale Pier Restaurant and Bar , just across the way from the busy ferry terminal , not far from the casino , our Shipping Reporter again discovered obvious signs of neglect , the above shot showing dumped shopping trolleys in the water and a reduce speed traffic sign on rocks .
