The gaily ejaculating fountain on The Strand , Townsville , was constructed to mark the centenary of Queensland's 1859 separation from New South Wales . The same fountain, below, is today emitting the blood of uncomfortable and sick looking LNP Queensland Health Minister Lawrence Springborg after a mass meeting of angry doctors inserted the rough end of an Ipswich pineapple up his tight new contract.
