NOT SO NICE IN NICE

From France, one of this blog's   roaming  correspondents who  hails  from  what can  be  the steamy   Northern Territory   capital,  Darwin , sent a report   about the present  atrocious weather   over   there .  In Nice , which  boasts  it  is  nice ,  believe it or not ,it was about  to   stage  an  Iron Man competition , in which   friends of our  correspondent were   competing . Because of  the  heat, the course had  been   reduced   in  size .   Our  Darwin  reporter  said  the  conditions, with associated air  pollution ,  reminded  him of the  build up  to the wet season in the Top End  known as the  Mango Madness  period .  What  is  an apt name  for an Iron Man competition held   during  global  warming  madness ?
