In a despatch from Venice , it seems the Darwin Dragon Boat team heading for the Italian championships in Ravenna has been attacking the local tasty pizzas and gelato . Another Darwin related email received contained this classic photograph of the late ? Cowboy Bill whose store of jokes seemed endless , causing very loud laughter throughout pubs . This shot, by Darwin photographer Barry Ledwidge , was probably taken when Cowboy was affluent because of work on an oil drilling rig .
