MUSICAL CAREER OF HERBERT MP THREATENED AFTER HIT BY BRICK

In a  whimsical  play on the  lyrics  of  a  popular  song  from  yesteryear and a few other liberties  , another  nickel has been bunged in the nickelodeon music machine  to   prevent  the  LNP   member for Herbert  , Ewen Jones,  from  playing  the  same old  ,  ear-grating , murderous  tune on  his violin .   It is  in the shape  of  a  sacked former Queensland Nickel worker, Aaron Raffin, making a late entry as a candidate in  Herbert  for  the  Glenn Lazarus Team . Thickset   Lazarus , who  defected from the  Palmer United Party ,   was  dubbed a brick with eyes  when he played football in Queensland .  Leading   the attack on  Ewen's  dubious  musical  career  is the ALP candidate , Cathy O'Toole , who is performing   like a   champion  Wurlitzer player  at  a  command   performance  at  the  grand  opening   of   Townsville's proposed  new  super  dooper  stadium .
